2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) tuna (drained & flaked) 3 c. bread crumbs (6 slices fresh) 2 eggs 4 tsp. grated or finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. lemon juice Mix ingredients. With hands shape into patties. Fry in 10 inch skillet with 3 tablespoons olive oil. Brown patties on both sides about 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Serves 3. |
