BROCCOLI SALAD
 

1 head broccoli (cut in bite size pieces)
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 lb. red grapes
1/4 lb. bacon (crumbled)
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. raisins (first plump in hot water and drain)

DRESSING:

1 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar

Mix broccoli, almonds, grapes, bacon, celery, onions and raisins together. Mix dressing, pour over salad and let it stand overnight. Serves 8.
