GREEK CHICKEN AND POTATOES 
3-3 1/2 lb. chicken, quartered
6 Russet potatoes, peeled, quartered lengthwise
3/4 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. lemon juice
4 lg. garlic cloves, halved
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tsp. oregano

Arrange chicken, potatoes and garlic in large baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour broth over. Whisk oil, lemon juice and oregano. Pour over chicken and potatoes. Bake in 375 degree oven until chicken is cooked and brown and potatoes are tender, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
