CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE 
2 lg. clove garlic, halved
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. white pepper

In a small skillet cook garlic in butter over low heat about 5 minutes until garlic is golden. Put in blender or food processor. Add mayonnaise and pepper; process until smooth. Great on vegetables! Makes 1 cup.
