1 med. size roast 1 lg. onion 1 tsp. butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. water Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Brown roast on each side. Turn burner down to low heat. Slice onion over roast and into skillet. Add 2 cups of water, cover, and simmer for several hours. When roast is done, remove from pan, add cream of mushroom soup, mix well with juice from roast, place roast back in pan. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes. |
