SALMON AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or lb. of fresh
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute onion in butter. Mix with all other ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
