EGGLESS MAYONNAISE 
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. powdered milk
2 c. oil

Combine all but oil in blender, then add oil slowly while blender continues to run.
