BISQUICK QUICHE

Forms it's own crust.

1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & chopped
Dash of salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 c. milk
1 sm. onion, sauteed
2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Parsley flakes (a little)

Grease a 10 inch pan or 3 small muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 of an hour or until done. Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, onion and seasonings in blender. Pour into bowl and fold in bacon and cheese. Bake until done. You can also use 1/2 pound of ham, or seafood, sauteed with the onion instead of bacon.

When I first made this Quiche, I couldn't believe something so good could be so easy. When I make it the regular way, people leave the crust that I have worked so hard to make. But with this one, they eat every morsel.
