WASSAIL
1 gallon 100% Cranberry Juice (no sugar added)
1 gallon 100% Apple Juice (no sugar added)
1/2 gallon water
1 cup sugar or 1 cup Splenda or 8 packets Stevia
3 cinnamon sticks broken into pieces
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. whole allspice berries
1 tsp. whole cloves
sliced oranges

Place all liquid ingredients into large pot and add sugar. Place spices into piece of cheese cloth and tie closed and drop into pot with juices. Add oranges slices. On medium heat bring to simmer and cook until spice bag sinks (could take a couple hours). When spice bag sinks remove it and turn burner to lowest setting. Serve in mugs with fresh oranges slices if desired.

This is my families very favorite Wassail recipe, we love it.
