1/4 c. butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. real lime
4 c. white miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped (1/2 pt.)
Lime twist (optional)

In small saucepan melt butter, stir in crumbs. Pat firmly on bottom of 8 inch square or 11 x 7 inch baking dish and chill.

In large bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in milk, pineapple and lime juice. Fold in marshmallows and whipping cream. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours, or until set. Garnish with lemon twist, refrigerate leftover.
