SCANDINAVIAN MEAT PIE 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 lb. ground beef, cooked
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

5-6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Any herbs to taste

CRUST: Beat egg with milk. Add bread crumbs. Let stand 10 minutes then add beef, Worcestershire, lemon juice, onion and salt. Line 10 inch pie pan with mixture.

FILLING: Put bacon crumbs in, then cheese, then celery. Beat eggs and then add milk, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and herbs. Pour gently into meat shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes.
