CHEX TUNA PIE 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash ground red pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. Wheat Chex (crush chex to 1/2 c.)
1 can tuna, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (cooked and drained)
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine egg, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, onion and green pepper. Stir in chex crumbs. Mix in tuna and press gently into 8 inch pie plate. Toss vegetables with 1/4 cup cheese. Turn into shell. Sprinkle remaining cheese over vegetables. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees or microwave on high for 5 minutes.
