1 round/oval French bread
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 - 1.5 lbs. brie

Cut down through top of bread, leave shell 1/2" thick on sides. Pull out bread. Make slits 1 1/2" deep on sides of shell (cut inside of bread into slices). Mix oil and garlic, brush inside of shell and slices of bread. Place cheese in bread shell, break up cheese. Place filled shell in oven and bread pieces in a single layer on a 10"x15" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove bread slices to cool. Continue baking until melted.
