1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
15 Frosted Mini Wheat biscuits, crushed to measure 1 1/3 c.
1/4 c. milk
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. flavoring
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg

1 egg
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside. In medium size bowl, stir together crushed frosted mini wheats, milk, pumpkin, and vanilla. Let stand 15 minutes. In large bowl, beat shortening and 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg; beat well. Stir in pumpkin mixture. Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined. Spread batter in greased baking pan.

In small mixing bowl, beat the remaining egg until thick and lemon colored, gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating until thick. Stir in coconut and walnuts; spread evenly over batter in 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until done.
