1 lb. ground beef
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 egg
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. chopped potatoes, cooked
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine meat, mushrooms, egg, onion, bread crumbs and seasonings. Mix lightly. Press meat mixture onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Mash hot potatoes with milk. Stir in Velveeta, parsley and salt. Remove meat shell from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Drain meat shell. Fill with potato mixture. Return to oven. Continue baking 10 minutes. 6 servings.
