3/4 c. Oreo cookie crumbs 3/4 c. pecans 3 egg whites 3/4 c. sugar Cool Whip Whip egg whites and add sugar. Fold in crumbs and pecans. Butter dish and pour in. Bake for 35 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool and refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip. | |

This was so good. It was similar to pavlova with a sweet crusty top, a somewhat gooey centre with crunchy nuts. I served it with whipped topping and sweetened strawberries.
