CRANBERRY FRUIT MOLD
2 (3 ounce) pkg Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 (8-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup cold water
1 cup apples, diced
1 cup oranges, chopped
1/2 tsp. freshly grated orange rind (optional)

Dissolve 2 (3-ounce) packages Jell-O (orange, strawberry or raspberry flavor) in 2 cups boiling water.

Add 1 (8-ounce) can cranberry sauce and stir until smooth. Add 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate mixture until thickened to a gel consistency.

Fold in 1 cup each diced, peeled apples and oranges. Finely grate the orange rind being careful to use only the orange portion and not any of the white. Add to mixture.

Pour into a 6-cup mold or bowl.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Unmold just before serving by dipping mold briefly (about 20 seconds) under hot water.

Makes 6 servings.
