WHEAT-SOY-SESAME BREAD 
2 pkgs. or 3 tbsp. baking yeast
2 c. seasoned broth or water (warm)
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. ground sesame seeds
1/2 c. soy flour
4-5 c. whole wheat flour

Dissolve yeast in warm stock and add remaining ingredients. Knead until smooth and elastic on a floured board. Put dough in a large oil bowl and let rise (in a warm place) until doubled in volume (about 1 1/2 hours). Punch down and knead a few minutes, adding flour as needed. Shape into 2 loaves and put into oiled pans. Let rise again until nearly doubled, 1 hour, and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
