SAUSAGE STUFFED BREAD
2 loaves frozen white bread dough
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder and oregano to taste

Let bread rise according to package directions. Cook and drain spinach. Add sausage and cheeses to spinach. Add seasoning. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Roll each loaf of bread into 9x12 inch rectangle (don't stretch too thin). Spread half of mixture down center (1/3 lengthwise) rectangle. Dot with butter. Fold over 1 side, then the other to overlap and pinch to seal.

Place on greased cookie sheet seam side down. Shape into crescent. Brush with beaten egg white. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and oregano, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden. Loaves should sound hollow when tapped. Let stand 5-10 minutes to firm up cheese before slicing.

Can freeze 1 loaf after preparation, if desired. If so, don't cover with egg white until ready to bake. Thaw.
