BETTER THAN ROBERT REDFORD DESSERT | |
16 2 inch sq. graham crackers 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) carton Weight Watchers imitation cream cheese 18 packets Equal or Sweet 'N Low 1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping 1 pkg. low calorie instant chocolate pudding made with 1 1/2 c. skim milk 1 pkg. low-calorie instant vanilla Combine cracker crumbs and butter; press into 8 x 8 inch baking dish and set aside. Mix cream cheese, sweetener and half of whipped topping. Spread over graham cracker crust. Make each flavor of pudding. Spread chocolate pudding, then vanilla pudding over cream cheese layer. Top with rest of whipped topping. Makes 8 servings. Each serving equals 285 calories. |
