5 oz. Korean vermicelli
3 onions
1 carrot
1/4 lb. dried mushrooms
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
A little sesame oil
1/2 lb. beef
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 green onion

1. Cut onion, carrot and beef into small pieces and fry in corn oil.

2. Put dried mushrooms into water for about 30 minutes. Then fry mushrooms in corn oil.

3. Put Korean vermicelli into boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and drain 2-3 times.

4. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
