LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 lb. real butter, softened overnight
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese, softened overnight
1 box confectioners sugar
3 c. plain flour
6 jumbo eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
3 tbsp. lemon flavor

Use large bowl. Beat your softened butter. Beat the cream cheese in the butter. Sift the confectioners sugar in mixture and then beat in sugar. Sift your plain flour in the cake mixture. Beat the plain flour in the cake mixture. Add your vanilla flavor and 1 egg. Beat in the mixture. Continue to add the eggs, one at a time, while beating. Add your lemon flavor and then beat the mixture for 5-10 minutes. Grease and flour tube cake pan. Add cake mixture to pan. Put in cool oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
