BIER ROCKS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 medium cabbage (shredded)
Lemon pepper seasoning
10 to 12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Pillsbury hot roll mix

Brown slowly, 2 lbs. ground beef in large pan. Add chopped onion and shredded cabbage, and sprinkle with lots of lemon pepper to your taste. Cover and simmer, prepare hot roll mix. After rising, roll mix and cut into large squares. Place 2 or 3 large spoonfuls of meat and cabbage in center and sprinkle some cheese on top. Fold over dough and bake about 25 minutes. Makes about 10 dinner size. Cut smaller for finger food. Serve with picante and, or catsup.
