2 c. flour 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Mix eggs with milk; add salt. Add flour and beat well. Heat and grease griddle or frying pan. Make thin pancakes tilting the griddle so the batter spreads quickly over the bottom. Brown both sides. Spread with creamed cottage cheese or apricot or prune lekvar. Roll and serve. |
