1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. finely chopped peppers
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

In a bowl combine - egg and milk. Stir in bread crumbs, peppers, Worcestershire sauce. Add meat, mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls - bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Drain well. In saucepan mix 1/4 cup cold water and cornstarch. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook ands stir one minute more. Gently stir in meatballs. Heat thoroughly. Makes about 24 meatballs.
