PORK BLADE STEAKS 
Pork blade steaks
Onion, chopped, for seasoning
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Ketchup OR
Worcestershire sauce

Place blade steaks in ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle them with brown sugar, chopped onion, lemon juice, ketchup (or other seasonings) to the desired amount for your taste. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. Very tender and moist meat.
