BEEF & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 cans tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 med. bell pepper, cut up
1 garlic clove, sliced thin
1 med. onion, cut up
2 stalks celery
2 c. macaroni

Fry ground beef or turkey. Pour off grease. In another medium pot with a small amount of oil or butter, combine bell pepper, onion, celery and garlic clove sliced thin. Cook over low heat until tender. Mash up tomatoes and combine with meat. Add tomato sauce and bell pepper, celery, onion and garlic. Cook macaroni separate until tender and drain. Mix macaroni with other mixture and place in roaster. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top. Place in 350 degree oven and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
