1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour

Put yeast and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Pour milk into yeast. Stir until yeast in dissolve - set aside for 5 minutes. The pour in oil and baking powder. Should be foamy. Begin to put flour into liquid until you can handle with hand without it being sticky. Put biscuit mixture unto flour surface and roll out until about 1/4 inch thick. Using a large lid cut out biscuit. Fold in half. Put biscuit onto buttered dish. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown.
