1 whole egg
6 egg yolks
3 c. flour
7 tbsp. sugar
7 tbsp. cream

Mix all ingredients. Roll with a rolling pin that has a stocking on it. Roll thin as possible. Use rotary cutter and divide into diamond shapes. Cut slit at long end of diamond; turn end into slit. Deep fry until light brown in hot vegetable oil. Remove and drain on brown paper. Sprinkle with sugar while hot. The trick is to handle the dough the least possible amount. Not much stirring!
