STRAWBERRY BANANA FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1" slices
6 eggs
3/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla
10 oz bag frozen cut strawberries
4 ripe bananas, sliced thick
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. apple pie spice

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Place bread slices in pan.

In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, baking powder and vanilla. Pour over bread slices. Cover, refrigerate over night. Next day, preheat oven to 450°F.

In a bowl, combine strawberries and bananas. Place in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with sugar and apple pie spice. Place slices of bread on top of fruit. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
