|FROZEN FRUIT SALAD|
2 3 oz. pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup heavy cream (whipped) or Cool Whip
1 No. 2 1/2 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 cup mayonnaise or Kraft Miracle Whip
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, quartered
2 1/2 cups Kraft Mini-Marshmallows
This is a convenient, cool treat to keep on hand in the freezer for a quick Summer dessert. It can be frozen in family sized or individual serving sized containers.
Remove cream cheese from refrigerator 20 minutes before using to soften.
When cream cheese has softened, blend with mayonnaise or Miracle Whip Salad Dressing.
Fold in remaining ingredients. Pack into freezer containers and freeze.
Makes enough for 10-12 servings.
