3 cup fresh blueberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup + 2 tsp. margarine, melted
Sugar substitute equal to 1-1/2 cups regular sugar
Vegetable cooking spray

Spray a 10 X 6 X 2-inch baking pan or dish with non-stick cooking spray (or brush with oil).

Place blueberries in the bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over blueberries.

In a large bowl, combine egg, flour, and sugar substitute. Stir until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over the blueberries. Drizzle melted butter over the top.

Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.

Serve warm.
