1 lb. crab meat
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped celery
Italian bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 egg, beaten well

Mix crab meat, garlic, onion, parsley and celery. Add egg and small amount of bread crumbs and stir until all ingredients are mixed. Set mixture aside.

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Put 1 cup bread crumbs in a plate. Take a handful of the crab mixture and form into a patty. Coat both sides with the bread crumbs and put on the cookie sheet. After all patties are formed, place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then fry in oil in frying pan until outside is golden brown. Serves 4.
