1 lg. cabbage
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper


3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. canned milk
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Brown meat, and onion, shred cabbage, add to meat. Brown well. Add garlic powder.

DOUGH: Add in order the water, milk, yeast. Stir, add salad oil, egg, sugar, flour and salt. Beat well. Add 2 more cups flour. Mix well, let stand 2 or 3 minutes. Knead. Roll 1/4 inch thick, cut in triangles, put in meat mix. Pinch corners together. Let stand to rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
