EDIBLE PLAYDOUGH
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour (plus extra for mixing in as needed)
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. kool-aid, any flavor

Mix together water and oil. Microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes. Remove and add 1 cup flour, sugar and kool-aid. Mix together with a spoon.

Continue to add more flour a little at a time and keep mixing and blending in the flour until dough is no longer sticky.

Tip: Adding too much flour at once and not mixing well will make lumps that may be hard to work out.

Use it as you would any play dough to make whatever you want.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

Recipe should be:

1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1 and a 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg Kool-aid, any flavor

keeps well in refrigerator for later use. It does get sticky after a while just knead in some more flour until you get the desire of stickiness you want.

Once we adjusted the liquid to flour/sugar ratio, this recipe is very easy and works great! The amount of water and oil it calls for, however, is enough to mix 4 or more batches of the dough. If you measure your dry ingredients into a bowl and slowly add the liquid until it's the right texture as you knead, you'll be much better off!

Do not add all the water/oil mixture. We added 1/4 cup and it was still a little too much. Otherwise it was great

Way too sticky... don't add all the water at once! I had to use 4 cups of flour just to get it to a point to give to my daughter
