HAM AND BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
3/4 c. chopped ham
1/4-1/2 c. chopped onion
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. half & half cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack)
Dash nutmeg
1 frozen pkg. broccoli

Brown pie shell according to directions. Saute ham and onions. Heat cream. Add eggs and nutmeg. Beat well. Add salt and pepper. Arrange cooked broccoli on bottom of pie shell. Add ham and onions and top with 1/2 of the shredded cheese.

Pour milk and egg mixture into the pie shell. Top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. The quiche may be assembled ahead of time, refrigerated and baked later.
