KARAKISH 
1 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 whole wheat flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sesame seed
2 tbsp. anise seed
1/2 c. warm water

Mix all ingredients and let rest for 1/2 hour. Form mixture into egg size balls. Then roll very thin. Bake on greased cookie sheet in a preheated oven at 400 degrees. Bake on lower shelf for 5 minutes or top shelf for 3 minutes.
