1 lb. box rontini 1 lb. ground beef 3 med. onions 2 med. green peppers 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 c. pimento 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 family size can tomato sauce Cook box of rontini and drain. Brown ground beef, onions, and green peppers. After browning, stir in tomato sauce. Cut 1 cup pimento, mushrooms, and 1/4 cup diced cheese. Pour brown ingredients over rotini and fold in half pimentos, mushrooms, and cheese mixture. Slice 1/4 pound cheese and cover top of mixture. Use remaining pimento, mushroom, and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
