|BAKED PARMESAN POTATOES|
1/3 c. butter, melted into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
8 med. size potatoes, each sliced into 1 to 1 1/2 inch round
Italian seasoning to your own taste
Garlic and onion powder, oregano, fresh parsley, chopped up
Combine flour, cheese, salt pepper, and Italian seasoning in plastic bag. Shake a few potatoes at a time to fully coat with flour mixture. Place potatoes in a single layers over butter mixture.
I use deep sided cookie sheets to cook more potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn each slice and you can top with more cheese if you like. Bake 30 minutes or more or until tender. Yields 8 servings.
