2 lbs. lean beef stew meat, cut in 1" cubes
3 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
4 whole cloves, broken up
1/4 tsp. each cinnamon & pepper
1/8 tsp. each nutmeg & allspice
3 gloves garlic, pressed
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, broken up
1/2 c. dry red wine or beef broth
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sm. whole onions
10 Greek style black olives

In Dutch oven over medium high heat, brown meat in hot oil. Meanwhile, combine parsley, salt, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg and allspice. Add garlic and spice mixture to browned meat, then add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Makes 8 servings. 250 calories per serving.
