1 lb. ground beef 1 (16 oz.) can cream corn 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 1 lg. onion 1 lb. egg noodles (wide) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese 1 can water Brown hamburger and onion, season to taste. Drain fat. Add corn, soup and tomatoes to hamburger and 1 soup can water. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook noodles (drain). Combine to hamburger mix. Pour into greased 9x13 inch casserole or baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover. Add cheese to top and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 large servings. |
