2 lbs. ground beef
2 pkgs. taco seasoning with 3/4 c. water
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. diced green chilies
4 med. tomatoes, peeled & chopped (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. finely chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. finely chopped lettuce
1 bottle mild or hot taco sauce
1 lg. sized pkg. cheddar cheese, grated

Brown and drain the beef. Add taco seasoning with water to beef. Mix cream cheese with milk until creamy. Spread in a large relish plate or tray. Spread cooled beef over cheese. Save part of beef. Sprinkle next with green chilies. tomatoes, onions and lettuce. Sprinkle taco sauce over this. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all. Add remaining beef over the top.

Serve with Tostitos, corn chips, etc.

Serves 10 as a meal or 14 to 16 as appetizers.
