1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can biscuits
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, brown ground beef, drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Set aside.

Separate dough into 12 ungreased muffin cups of muffin pan, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup to form a cup. Spoon cooked meat mixture into cups and sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
