SHRIMP VICTORIA | |
1 lb. peeled shrimp (raw) 1 c. sour cream 1 sm. chopped onin 1/4 c. butter 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms 1 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt Dash of cayenne pepper 1/2 c. rice (cooked) Saute shrimp, onions and mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes. Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream and cook (gently) for 10 minutes. DO NOT BOIL! Serve over rice. |
