1 package Skor toffee bits
1 package Chip-its milk chocolate chips
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package original Ritz crackers
Preheat over to 350°F. Crush up the Ritz crackers so that there are no large chunks. Put the crushed crackers into a glass baking pan.
Mix in butter, vanilla and about 1/4 each of the chocolate chips and the Skor bits in the pan. Pour full can of condensed milk over top and place in over for approximately 35 minutes or until the milk is settled in.
Take the pan out from over and pour the rest of chocolate chips over top. Smooth out chocolate with a knife and pour the rest of the Skor bites on top.
Let these cool or put them in the fridge before cutting into bars.
