TANGY CREOLE REMOULADE SALAD
DRESSING
 
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons creole or whole grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/3 cup ketchup
Salad greens of your choice

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill. Add more mustard if you like it tangier.

This recipe has many uses, such as: Dipping sauce for fried seafood, French fries, crudites, crab cakes, etc. Very versatile.
