QUICK AND EASY SPINACH QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 pt. half and half
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash nutmeg
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (9") deep dish pie crust

Beat the eggs. Add half and half, onion, garlic salt and nutmeg. Thaw spinach and drain any liquid. Add to egg mixture. Alternately add cheese and egg mixture to pie crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees until tip of knife inserted in center is clean.
