YOGURT BREAKFAST

1 6 to 8 oz. container plain or Greek style yogurt
1 4 oz. DelMonte fruit cup or 1/2 cup fruit cocktail
1/4 cup Grape-Nuts cereal
sugar or honey, to taste (optional)

Turn yogurt out into a cereal bowl. If you purchase plain yogurt in a large container (or make your own yogurt), measure out 1 cup.

Add sugar or honey, to taste, to the fruit cocktail. Do not drain.

Top yogurt with fruit cocktail; top fruit cocktail with Grape-Nuts.

To convert this breakfast into an after dinner dessert, add 1 tablespoon of cream or whipped cream.

This is a healthy alternative to breakfast cereals; it contains foods from the dairy, fruit and grains group.
