2 c. dry bread crumbs 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. ground oregano 1/2 tsp. pepper Salt to taste 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 c. melted butter 12 chicken legs or thighs Combine crumbs, cheese, oregano, pepper and salt and set aside. Lightly saute garlic in 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in remaining butter. Dip each piece of chicken in butter and then in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in long shallow pan. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs and butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 12. |
