FRESH & SUN - DRIED TOMATO SAUCE 
2 c. chopped ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. thinly sliced scallions
1/4 c. drained & chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
1/4 c. chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. olive oil

Combine the fresh tomatoes, scallions, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir in the oil. Toss sauce with hot pasta and serve at once.
